General Rules

You may not upload outside of VRChat, redistribute, resell, or repackage any of Shmezzy’s products, whether original or modified.
For assets with specified commercial versions, the commercial version must be purchased if the asset is being bundled with an avatar
Public uploading of my avatars is not permitted
Credit must be clearly given to Shmezzy via
https://shmezzy.com/ when distributing any work that includes my assets or avatars.
Only the individual who purchased the product is permitted to make edits or modifications.
These products are intended for use within VRChat. Use outside of VRChat is not supported unless explicitly allowed.
All digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

Assets purchased may be used in completed models for personal or commercial use, including free and public models.
Finished models that include my assets may be sold, provided the assets are not distributed separately and clear credit is given to Shmezzy as the original asset creator.
